Who am I?
My full name is Andrew Robert Isaac James Gustin. I am a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelors of Science in Geological Sciences. I currently work for the Indiana Geological Survey, as I am preparing for graduate school at an undetermined location hopefully somewhere far West. Some of my hobbies include building/destroying/tweaking electronic things, outdoor activities, dreaming, traveling, reading, making movies, and writing music.
I have pulled a list of "things that fascinate me" from an old journal entry dated to the summer of 2004. here it is: Science, specifically physics, meteorology, neurology, geology, and astronomy, genetics, computers, railroads, airplanes, old cars, nature, mountains, abandoned buildings, deserts, plains, towers, oceans, music (listening and making), singing, hiking, exploring, the thrill of tresspassing, caves, women, the concepts of love and religion, evolution, ancient civilizations, art, sleep and dreams, pioneers of any field and inventors, trying to understand the meaning of life, space, psychology, friendships, photography, road signs, the joy due to honesty, sunrises and sunsets, clouds, weather, storms, the changing of the seasons, gazing at the stars, constellations, the moon, cemeteries, lakes, creeks, rivers, dams, canoeing, bridges, tents, hiking, biking, camping, rearranging rooms, being underwater, traveling, the kindness of strangers, how some things never change, how some things never stay the same, the connection two people can have, the little silica gel water absorbers in some food products, smiles, crying, anger, knowing that someday I will have kids, laughter, cellular telephones, nanotechnology, technology, macro-technology, string theory, quantum mechanics, cosmology, relativity, genealogy, and tons more.
I spend a lot of time, probably too much, on the computer. If you use AIM, you might be able to catch me online under the alias SkiMaster1128.

Many people have called me "accident prone"...so I decided to list, to the best of my memory, all notable accidents that I have experienced thus far in my life. Click here to see.
